All orders ship from our headquarters in Ponchatoula, Louisiana within 3-7 business days. If you need something faster, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to make it happen!
Some orders that are placed during busy holiday times, major sales or contain free gifts could take an additional day or two.
Non-Personalized orders typically ship within 2 business day from our shop in Ponchatoula, LA.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
